摘要
宝钢为进一步提高产品质量 ,发展超低硫钢的生产 ,原有TDS法脱硫已不能满足要求 ,开发了应用镁粉为基的混合脱硫剂 ,以铁水罐顶喷方法深脱硫的工艺技术 ,试生产实绩表明 ,铁水硫可平均脱至 0 0 0 18%,脱硫率达 90 %的水平。
The desulphurization process by original TDS method could not meet the requirement to promote the production of ultrelow sulfur steel and improve the product quality in Baosteel,a technique of deep desulphurization of hot metal was developed by making use of magnesium based powder mixing desulfurizer through top injecting into hot metal ladle.The production results showed that the sulfur element in hot metal could be reduced to an average value of 0 0018% and the desulphurization effectiveness could reach to the level of 90%.The desulphurization process and the equipment were briefed.
