摘要 目前,智能阀门定位器的位置反馈机构,多采用机械结构,存在磨损大、精度低、寿命短等缺点。基于霍尔传感器技术和新型压电阀控制技术,研制了一款国产新型霍尔式智能阀门定位器,实现了无接触精确测量。同时,该产品具有无机械磨损、滞后小、结构简单可靠、运行寿命长、精度高等诸多优点。设计中,研制了线性位移霍尔传感器,硬件电路中应用了超低功耗技术,控制算法中应用了模糊控制等智能控制技术。产品定位精度等性能得到了显著提升,其中,线性霍尔传感器设计及其低功耗应用技术,属于国内首创,产品整体水平具有行业领先优势。 Today,most of the positioner feedback framework being used in smart valve localizers have been made with mechanism,there are some defects in such equipment,including higher abrasion,lower precision and short life and so on. Based on Hall sensor technology and one kind of integrational piezo valves control technology,one new kind of modern snmrt valve positioner with Hall sensor function have been made,it is impossible to detect without contact. At the same time,there are many advantages in the following fields,for examples,no contact between the sensor and the moving object,no tear and wear,small lag,simply structure and high credibility,running in longer time,and higher pre- cisions and many advantages so on. In designing,one kind of new Hall sensor with low-power consumption and linear displacement characteristics has been made for the first time in China,super low-power technique has been used in hardware designing,there are also many advanced and intelligent control methods have been applied in soft,including fuzzy control technology. As a result,the whole level of the products including loealizer precision have been improved remarkably. Above all,the Linear Hall sensor with low-power consumption and linear displacement characteristics, should be originated in domestic market,the whole characters of the products may be on top in the same field.
