摘要
研究了纸张无芯复卷的起卷过程。基于纸张的扭簧-刚体薄片模型,借助RecurDyn软件对无芯起卷机构进行了动力学仿真,讨论了不同参数对无芯起卷的影响。结果表明,卷取轨道形状对无芯起卷有很大的影响,应使轨道约束形状尽量接近圆形;纸张厚度对无芯起卷有较大影响,当纸张厚度小于0.3mm时,可顺利起卷;纸张材料参数如杨氏模量对无芯起卷影响很小。
This paper researched the initial curling process of coreless rewinding. Based on the model of small rigid bar interconnected by revolute joint with rotational springdamper forces, dynamic simulation were performed with the software RecurDyn. The effect of different parameters on the performance of coreless rewinding was discussed. The results show that shape of the curved orbit has great effect on coreless rewinding. The orbit constraint should be closed to a circle as much as possible. The thickness of paper also has effect on coreless rewinding. When the thickness of paper is less than 0.3 ram,it can rewind smoothly. Material parameters of paper like Young's modulus have little effect on coreless rewinding.
