摘要
采用正交方案研究了不同Si、Mn、P、Sn Sb、B、N等元素组成试料及后工序主要工艺参数对磁性影响规律 ,提出了可供大生产试制P1 5 5 0 =4.0 0 - 8.0 0W kg范围、B5 0 比现行对应各牌号普通硅钢高 0 .1T(B5 0 ≥ 1.75~ 1.80T)以上。
The present paper has probed into the law about influences of test samples consisting of different elements such as Si, Mn, P, Sn, Sb, B and N and main down stream process parameters on the magnetic performance by way of orthogonal plan and in the meanwhile advanced a process plan including the main chemical compositions and process parameters for large scale production of low iron loss, high magnetic inductivity and non oriented silicon steel series particularly suitable for iron cores of small and medium sized high efficiency motors. The range of P 15/50 for this steel series is 4.00 to 8.00 W/kg and B 50 of this steel is 0.1T Gs hgher than that of the common brand silicon steel sheets.
