摘要
高校教师岗前培训是高校确保教学质量的重要环节,是加强高校师资队伍建设的一项重要措施,是新教师能否顺利实现角色转换、成为合格大学教师的前提。二十多年来,各省高师培训中心和高校对新教师的岗前培训工作进行了积极的实践探索,取得明显成效,但也存在一些问题。为此,需要从提高思想认识、建立有效运行机制、精选培训时间、优化内容与形式、完善考核机制等方面来完善岗前培训工作。
The pre-post training of the teachers in the higher institutions is a key link to guarantee the teaching quality,an important measure to strengthen teaching staff,and is also the premise for the new teachers to transform their roles successfully and become a qualified college teacher.In the past 20 years,the college teachers training center and colleges have done active probing of the pre-post training,and made obvious results,but some problems arose.Therefore,enhancing the ideology cognition,setting up effective operating system,carefully selecting training time,optimizing contents and forms,perfecting assessing mechanism are necessary to consummate pre-post training job.
