摘要
目的:研究学生在跳马运动项目中运动损伤与个性的关系.方法:将我校体育教育专业2003-2005级学生300人,均为男生,分为两组.在跳马项目中受伤的学生62人,为受伤组,未受伤学生238人,为对照组.采用辽宁省修订的卡特尔十六个性因素问卷表,对对象进行测试.结果:发现跳马运动的损伤与学生个性存在一定的关系,并且是造成运动损伤的一个重要方面.结论:体操跳马教学中要特别注意学生的个性因素,减少运动损伤的发生,同时通过跳马学习培养和发展学生健全的性格.
The study focuses on the relationship between the students' injury in horse-vaulting and their individual personalities.Method: 300 male students from PE 2003 to 2005 grades are divided into two groups.The experimental group is made up of 62 students who are injured in the event and the control group consists of the rest of the non-injured 238 students.Questionnaire survey is done with Carter 16-personality questionnaire of Liaoning province version.Result: Strong positive relationship exists in the individual personalities.Conclusion: Attention should be paid to individual personalities in the horse-vaulting event to reduce injuries.At the same time a sound and healthy personality can be cultivated by learning the horse-vaulting event.
