吸入一氧化氮在肺动脉栓塞术后肺动脉高压的临床应用 被引量:5

摘要 目的:评价吸入一氧化氮(nitric oxide,NO)对肺动脉栓塞外科手术治疗后肺动脉高压(pulmonary arterial hypertension,PH)患者的治疗作用。方法:回顾性分析安贞医院2005年1月1日至2011年8月1日,62例接受外科手术治疗的肺动脉栓塞患者临床资料,15例患者在肺动脉栓塞外科手术治疗后仍存在PH时,吸入NO浓度为(10~30)×10-6,记录NO吸入时间、吸入时呼吸功能指标和血流动力学参数。结果:术后平均吸入NO时间(46.3±6.4)h,动脉血氧饱和度(SaO2)、动脉血氧分压(PaO2)、动脉血氧分压与吸入氧浓度比值(PaO2/FiO2)较吸入前改善,平均肺动脉压(mPAP)较吸入前下降(P<0.05)。结论:对于肺动脉栓塞术后PH患者吸入NO,可以改善氧合并降低肺动脉压力。 Objective:Evaluate the performance of patients who had inhaled Nitric Oxide(NO) on pulmonary embolism after surgical operation in the treatment of pulmonary arterial hypertension(PH).Methods:A retrospective analysis of clinical data of 62 patients who has undergo a surgical operation treatment of pulmonary embolism in An Zhen hospital from January 1,2005 to August 1,2011.15 patients with pulmonary thromboembolism in surgical operation treatment still exists after PH inhalation of NO(10 - 30)×10^-6 recording time,NO inhalation inhalation respiratory function and hemodynamic parameters.Results:After surgical operation treatment,the mean postoperative inhaled NO time is(46.3±6.4) h,arterial oxygen saturation(SaO2),arterial partial pressure of oxygen(PaO2),arterial partial pressure of oxygen and inhaled oxygen concentration ratio(PaO2 / FiO2) is improved by inhalation,mean pulmonary arterial pressure(mPAP) than before inhalation decreased(P0.05).Conclusion:Patients who inhale NO can improve oxygenation and decreased pulmonary artery pressure.
