摘要
利用引进的ML10激光干涉仪,进行适用于本科实验教学的创新实验设计,开发了基于激光干涉仪的创新实验——数控机床精度检测与误差补偿实验。结果表明,此类实验的开设不仅大大增强科研设备的利用率,而且对创新本科实验教学、提高学生专业技能有很大帮助。
This paper studies the design of innovative experiment, suitable for undergraduate teaching, which is based on the scientific equipment (ML10-GLOD RENISHAW laser interferometer ). Many experiments are developed about the CNC machine accuracy measurement and error compensation. The results show that such experiments not only greatly enhance the utilization ratio, but also are more helpful for innovation undergraduate experimental teaching and improve students' professional skills.
