摘要
考察了EDTA络合滴定法中各影响因素。结果表明,加入1+1乳酸2 mL即可掩蔽溶液中的Ti4+离子;EDTA的加入量以相对于铝过量50%为宜;选用二甲酚橙作指示剂,通过控制溶液pH值可使滴定终点敏锐而准确;加热煮沸2 min~2.5 min可使络合反应完全。采用本法测定盐酸浸出液中的铝,RSD(n=6)仅为0.625%~1.266%,加标回收率100.1%~102.3%,测定结果比较稳定。
It was needed to accurate determination of aluminum content for compehensive utilization of red mud. In the paper, the influ- ence factors of EDTA complexometric titration of aluminum in hydrochloric acid leaching solution of red mud were investigated. The re- suits showed that Ti4+ion could be covered sufficiently by adding 2 mL of 1 + 1 lactic acid. When addition of EDTA was over 50% and xylenol orange was used as an indicator, a sharp and accurate titration results could be got by adjusting the pH value of solution. And boiling 2 rain ~2.5 min was enough to complete the complexation reaction. On the base of 0. 625% ~ 1. 266% RSD (n = 6) and 100.1% ~ 102.3% recovery rate, the method of EDTA complexometric titration was accepted.
