摘要
目的观察异甘草酸镁对血液系统肿瘤化疗不良反应的防治作用。方法将65例血液系统恶性肿瘤患者随机分成两组,观察组在化疗基础上静脉滴注异甘草酸镁,对照组在化疗的同时应用还原型谷胱甘肽,4个化疗周期后评价两组的肝功能、骨髓受抑、感染及消化道不良反应情况。结果观察组肝功能损害明显低于对照组,骨髓受抑轻,感染发生率低,胃肠道不良反应较轻。结论异甘草酸镁可有效防治血液系统肿瘤化疗不良反应的发生,起到减毒增效的功能。
Objective To observe the treatment and prevention effects of isoglycyrrhizinate magnesium in treating adverse reactions in the chemotherapy of hematological malignancies.Methods 65 cases of hematologic malignancies were randomly divided into two groups.Based on the chemotherapy,the observation group was infused with isoglycyrrhizinate magnesium,while the control group was applied with reduced glutathione.After four cycles of chemotherapy,the liver function,myelosuppression,infection and gastrointestinal adverse reactions were evaluated and compared between the two groups.Results The liver dysfunction in the observation group was significantly lower compared with the control group.In the observation group,the myelosuppression was mild and the infection rate was low with slight gastrointestinal tract reactions.Conclusion Isoglycyrrhizinate magnesium can effectively treat and prevent the adverse reactions in the chemotherapy of hematological malignancies,which plays the role of reducing toxicity and enhancing effects.
