基于三维激光扫描测量技术的井架变形观测 被引量:10

Monitoring deformation of headframe based on 3D terrestrial laser scanner

摘要 本文基于三维激光扫描测量技术,应用Trimble GX 200地面三维激光扫描仪对山东某矿井架进行了多次井架点云数据采集。首先设计了扫描方案,对获取的点云数据滤波去噪处理并进行了扫描精度检验,其次用目标板的中心拟合坐标分析了井架的垂直变形,最后通过平面拟合方程分析了井架倾斜变形。结果显示相对于传统测量方法,三维激光扫描仪获取大量点云数据能较好地分析井架整体的变形,为矿山井架安全量测提供一种高效、高精度应用方法。 Based on the 3D terrestrial laser scanner measurements,this paper collects point cloud data of headframe from a Shandong coal mine for many times by using Trimble GX 200 terrestrial 3D laser scanner.First the author designs the scanning program,conducts a de-noising processing of the point cloud data obtianed and tests the scanning precision.Then the author analyses vertical deformation of the headframe by fitting the coordinates of center points of target boards.At last,the inclination of the headframe by using plane regression is analyzed.The result shows that,comparing with the traditional measurement method,3D terrestrial laser scanner can acquire large amount of point cloud data which can better obtain the whole deformation of headframe.As a result,it offers an efficient and high-accuracy method for safety monitoring of mine headframe.
