摘要
涡轮钻具是一种重要的钻井工具,涡轮叶型线特征是其水力性能设计与分析的关键因素。在分析涡轮钻具水力工作原理的基础上,研究了涡轮钻具水力性能设计研究现状,详细比较分析了涡轮钻具水力性能设计的理论方法、计算机建模与仿真及水力性能试验分析方面的研究现状与发展水平,提出了计算机辅助设计及理论分析。与试验修正相结合的综合研究方法是涡轮钻具水力性能设计与分析的重要方法,对涡轮钻具水力部件的主要问题与发展趋势进行了展望,为涡轮钻具的水力设计提供参考。
Turbine drill is a key drilling tool to development the superdeep well and HTHP well. The feature of turbine blade profile is a key factor on the design and analysis of hydrodynamic performances. The development status of hydrodynamic performance on turbine drill was studied in the paper. The design theoretical methods, model, computer simulation, and experimental methods were also analyzed and compared deeply. The combination of theoretical analysis, computeraided design and experimental testify was an effective methods to study the hydrodynamic performance of turbine drill. The main problem and development trend of the hydrodynamic components of turbine drill were also discussed.
