摘要
极薄板生产要求较小的开卷机卷筒,卷筒主轴截面尺寸受到限制,在承受高速、重载、大冲击的工况下进行疲劳强度校核十分必要。以宝钢极薄板平整机开卷机为对象,分析主轴应力状态及静态挠度,计算疲劳强度,优化设计,提高安全系数。
A type of small dimension mandrel is required according to the technics of paper-thin strip production , the shaft dimension of mandrel is also restricted, and check & evaluation to the fatigue strength of the mandrel shaft is necessary in high speed, heavy load,large impact working condition. This article has regarded Baosteel temper mill as the target, analyzed the shaft stress and static deflection, calculated fatigue strength, optimized the design of mandrel shaft ,improved safety coefficient.
