介绍山东滨化集团股份有限公司4万t/a氯醇法环氧丙烷(PO)生产工艺,针对用电石泥作为皂化剂后生产的PO碱度高的问题进行改进,当脱轻塔塔顶气相出口压力稳定在175 kPa左右时,生产的PO碱度≤5×10-6K,满足用户要求。
The chlorohydrination process for production of 40 000 t/a propylene oxide (PO) at Befar Group Co. , Ltd. is introduced. Improvements are carried out to solve the problems of high alkalinity of PO after using calcium carbide sludge as saponifying agents. The alkalinity of PO is not higher than 5× 10^-6 K when the gas phase pressure at light component tower overhead stabilizes at about 175 kPa and thus meets user requirements.
