摘要
目的探讨高血压脑出血患者微创颅内血肿清除术治疗的方法与效果。方法 60例高血压脑出血患者平分为两组,治疗组与对照组各30例,对照组采用传统方法治疗,治疗组采用微创颅内血肿清除术治疗。结果经过治疗,治疗组的临床有效率明显好于对照组,且手术时间短、出血量少。结论微创颅内血肿清除术治疗高血压脑出血疗效好,可减少手术时间与术中出血量,值得推广应用。
Objective To investigate the ways and effects of minimally invasive intracranial hematoma for treating hyperten sive intracerebral hemorrhage. Methods Sixty cases of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage were equally divided into two groups, the control group used traditional methods of treatment, the treatment group were given minimally invasive treatment of intracranial hematoma. Results After treatment, the clinical efficiency of the treatment group was significantly better than the control group, and had shorter operative time and less blood loss. Conclusion Minimally invasive treatment of intracranial hematoma in hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage patients can reduce surgical time and blood loss, should be widely applied.
