炎症、他汀类药物与慢性肾脏病 被引量:1

摘要 慢性肾脏病(CKD)是影响人类健康的重大疾病,心血管疾病是CKD晚期的重要并发症及主要死亡原因。CKD患者普遍存在微炎症状态及脂代谢紊乱,它们与CKD心血管疾病的发病率与死亡率密切相关。他汀类药物可通过降脂、抗炎减少心血管事件的发生。然而,最近有大的临床实验显示,在存在慢性炎症的疾病中,他汀类药物并不能改善预后,提示炎症可能影响其疗效。
