摘要
新建锡乌铁路线路正线钢轨铺设无缝线路地段设计采用60kg/m、500m长轨条,结合现场实际,采用DL-25型往复式反锚钉联机和6台10t龙门吊把钢轨、轨枕及配件组装成长度25m的成品轨排,使用DPK32型铺轨机铺设单元工具轨排,然后用长轨车拖卸500m长轨,人工拆除25m钢轨后换铺500m长钢轨。实践证明,此施工方案成本低,施工便捷,质量可靠,可大大加快施工进度。介绍了道砟铺设和轨排组装、铺设等关键施工技术以及相应的安全质量保证措施,可供同类工程参考。
With the track-laying construction practice of the main line of continuous welded rail track of the newly-built Xi-Wu Railway,where the 60kg/m,500-metre-long rails are used,as a practical example,the track-laying construction with type-DPK32 track-laying machines is introduced in detail in the paper.In the process of the construction,a type-DL-25 reciprocating counter-anchor on-line machine and 6 10-t gantry cranes are used to assemble rails,sleepers and accessories into 25-metre-long track panels,type-DPK32 track-laying machines are used to lay the finished unitized track panels and then the long railway trolleys are used to transport and unload the 500-metre-long tracks,which will be laid after the 25-m-long old rails are manually removed.Practice shows that the construction scheme costs less,is easy to carry out and reliable in quality,and may greatly speed up the construction.Since all the the ballast-laying processes,the assembling of the track panels and other key safety-and quality-ensuring measures for the process of the track-laying construction are introduced in detail in the paper,it may serve as a useful reference for other similar projects.
