摘要
目前我国正处在经济、社会、文化急剧变化的现代化阶段,传统的家庭结构、功能、权力、亲子关系等在发生深刻变化的同时,也面临着众多风险。特别是现代家庭功能弱化,不能满足青少年的发展需求,损害了青少年当前和长远的福利水平。在这种背景下,提出"陪伴式"青少年家庭社会工作模式。
