J2-14-5202井事故原因分析及改进措施

摘要 介绍了J2-14-5202井的基本情况和事故发生经过。J2-14-5202井射孔枪发射后在地面发生枪体崩脱事故的原因是射孔后枪身内未完全释放的高压气体在拆卸时气流瞬间泻出。分析了事故原因:夹层枪内的导爆索爆炸产生的高压气流;射孔弹做功;弹架固弹体和传爆杆意外地完全堵塞了上下接头中心孔;夹层枪尾部涨径;天气原因使螺纹连接强度减弱。总结射孔枪设计中存在的设计缺陷,提出了在夹层枪上下固弹体上分别开槽,在夹层枪上下接头分别打偏心泄压孔,便于射孔后泄压,以及增强螺纹连接强度等改进措施。 Introduced are the basic information of J2-14-5202 well, the accident cause and process. The perforation gun broke off or sloughed off when it was pull out and put on the sur- face after perforating in J2-14-5202 well. It is believed that the accident cause should be the high pressure gas which is not released in the gun after perforating, run off rapidly while disassemb- ling the gun. Its cause analyses is as follows: (1)interlayer gun detonating fuses explore, and gen- erate high pressure gas; (2)perforation bullet do work; (3)up and down joint center hole is acciden- tally blocked by gun body and explosion transfer stem;(4)interlayer gun end diameter augment;(5)screw connection strength is weakened by cold weather. Suggested are some improvement and prevention measures such as slotting in bullet holder, punching eccentric pressure relief hole in joint of interlayer gun for enhancing screw connection strength.
