摘要
主要运用数理统计法、层次分析法,针对现行高等体育院校术科教师绩效考核过程存在的系统性缺陷现象,构建了高等体育院校术科教师多维绩效考核体系,以期能较科学合理地对高等体育院校术科教师进行考核。
This paper,mainly by depending on mathematical statistics method and analytic hierarchy analysis,constructs a multidimensional performance evaluation system for the technical teachers in sports universities so as to achieve a scientific and reasonable evaluation of the technical teachers in sports universities..
