摘要
为选择合适的抑菌剂和适宜的浓度来防治不同地区的烟草青枯病,采用平板菌落计数法测定了新型抑菌剂K系(K1、K2、K3)对我国46个不同地区烟草青枯菌的抑制率,同时比较了K系抑菌剂与农用链霉素的抑菌效果。结果表明:1)100 mg/L K1对印江等27个县市,100 mg/L K2对遵义县等30个县市,50 mg/L K3对莒县等25个县市,254.5 mg/L农用链霉素对保山等28个县市青枯菌的抑制率达100%。2)50 mg/L K1对金沙等15个县市,50 mg/L K2对仁怀等21个县市,50 mg/L K3对江口等23个县市的青枯菌抑制率显著高于同浓度农用链霉素;100 mg/L K1对洋溪乡等,100 mg/L K2对江口等青枯菌的抑制率显著高于同浓度农用链霉素。
Inhibition effect of K-series ( K1, K2 and K3 ) of a novel anti-bacterial agent on nationwide strains of tobacco Ralstonia solancearum collected from 46 districts in China was assessed by suspension-dilution and plate-count method, and compared with that of the agri-streptomycin. Results indicated that l ) 100% inhibition was obtained by K1 ( 100 mg/L) in Yinjiang and the other 26 counties, by K2 ( 100 mg/L) in Zunyi and the other 29 counties, by K3 (50 mg/ L) in Juxian and the other 24 counties, and by agri-streptomycin (254.5 mg/L) in Baoshan and the other 27 counties. 2 ) With same concentration, such as 50 mg/L or I00 nag/L, K-series of the anti-bacterial agent had significantly higher inhibition ratio against Ralstonia solancearura than agri-streptomycin in many countries.
