骨形态发生蛋白信号途径在神经系统中生物学功能和机制的研究进展
摘要
骨形态发生蛋白(bone morphogenetic proteins,BMPs)属于转化生长因子β家族,具有复杂的信号传导途径,在神经系统生物学中有多种作用,包括神经诱导、轴突引导、维持突触生长和稳态及在成熟神经系统中的神经保护作用。本文综合BMPs新近研究成果,进一步阐述其各种神经生物作用的相关机制,并对潜在的临床应用进行展望。
