摘要
介绍了湿法磷酸的净化方法,即溶剂沉淀法、溶剂萃取法、结晶法、化学沉淀法、离子交换树脂法及电渗析法,阐述了这5种净化方法的技术原理和工艺流程,分析并归纳了各种方法和工艺的优缺点,指出化学沉淀法和结晶法具有无污染、能耗低、操作简单等优点,是净化湿法磷酸的有效方法,最后对我国湿法磷酸净化研究的发展方向和应用前景进行了展望。
The methods for purification of wet-process phosphoric acid,i.e.,solvent precipitation method,solvent extraction method,crystallization method,chemical precipitation method,ion exchange resin method and electrodialysis method are introduced.The technical principles and process flows of these five purification methods are outlined,the advantages and disadvantages of each method and process are analyzed and summarized,and it is pointed out that the chemical precipitation method features advantages like pollution-free,low energy consumption,and easy operation,which is an effective method for purifying wet-process phosphoric acid.In the end,an outlook of the development trend and application prospect of the research on wet-process phosphoric acid in China is given.
