双翼深松铲结构的有限元分析与改进设计 被引量:11

摘要 在对深松铲进行二维设计的基础上,应用Pro/E和ANSYS软件对经验设计的双翼深松铲结构进行了力学分析并在此基础上进行了改进.结果表明:采用打孔方式固定深松铲是造成铲柄应力集中的主要原因,改进固定方式是解决问题的有效方法;应用ANSYS软件进行有限元分析是重要的现代设计方法之一,但与经验设计有机融合是提高设计质量的重要途径.同时,经验设计也有一定的优点,不应该全部否定.本文还对深松铲过载保护的必要性和方法进行了论述,设计了过载保护装置,该保护装置可以有效的对深松铲进行保护,避免断裂等损坏的发生. Deep loosening shovel is one of the most important components in the deep loosening machine.The performance of double-wing deep loosening shovel determines the effect of deep loosing.Based on the two-dimensional design,the double-wing deep loosening shovel of empirical design was analyzed by Pro/E and ANSYS and the improving design was also done.Then results showed that the stiletto fixed method was the main reason causing stress concentration,and one effective method to solve this problem was changing the fixed form.ANSYS analysis is an important modern design method which can perform better when combined with the empirical design.At the same time,the empirical design has some advantages,and it can not be neglected entirely.In addition,the necessity and methods of overload protection were discussed in this paper,and the overload protection device was designed,which was effective in protecting the shovel.
