汽轮机焊接转子接头残余应力研究三:125MW及1000MW汽轮机低压焊接转子产品残余应力 被引量:2

摘要 在测试转子模拟件外圆、内圆、剖面处热处理前后的残余应力分布的基础上,在研究弹性槽对根部打底焊缝处残余应力的影响以及盖面焊缝下方4~5层焊道处残余应力的分布的基础上,测试了125 MW及1 000 MW实际火电低压焊接转子接头处的残余应力。结果表明,实际产品残余应力的分布与模拟件相似,数值更小;不同结构均承受-120 MPa左右的轴向压缩应力,切向应力可被忽略。相关结果对掌握焊接转子残余应力分布提供了重要参考。 The residual stresses of 125 MW and 1 000 MW low pressure(LP) turbine rotors are measured.Compared with the results of stresses of smaller models,the welding residual stresses of actual structures are lower,but the stress states are similar.Both models and actual rotors have been suffered from axial compressing stress about 120 MPa and the tangential stress could be ignored.So,it is reasonable to study stress of big rotors through smaller models.The stress results are useful for other welded rotors study.
