汽轮机特征通流面积分析及应用研究 被引量:4

摘要 根据弗留格尔公式,经过数学推导给出了汽轮机特征通流面积的表达式,并结合某超超临界600MW机组进行计算。结果表明,当机组变工况在50%~100%额定负荷运行时,除个别点(第7级组)外,级组的特征通流面积偏差变化在±1.5%之内。同时,指出特征通流面积在机组运行性能分析、建立单个机组热力性能数据库、变工况计算、在线监测与诊断等方面的应用途径。 Based on the Flugel formula,an expression formula of the characteristic flow passage area in steam turbines has been given through mathematic deduction.Combined with one ultra-supercritical 600 MW unit,results of calculation show that the variation of deviation value concerning the characteristic flow passage area of every stage-group(not including stage-group no.7) is within ±1.5% when the unit is in operation under variable condition with 50%~100% rated load.Besides,the ways regarding application of characteristic flow pasage area in many aspects,such as the performance analysis in operation of unit,the establishment of thermal performance database of single unit,the calculation of variable operation condition,as well as the on-line monitoring and diagnosis etc.,have been pointed out.
