输尿管镜下气压弹道治疗ESWL后输尿管石街的体会

摘要 目的评价输尿管镜下气压弹道治疗体外震波碎石(ESWL)后输尿管石街的疗效。方法对ESWL后输尿管石街形成的22例患者行输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石术。结果 22例患者中,20例成功,1例因上段输尿管扭曲和炎性狭窄而改行开放手术,1例上段输尿管石街返至肾内而再次行ESWL。结论输尿管镜气压弹道碎石治疗ESWL后输尿管石街成功率高,碎石时间短,安全可靠,损伤小,恢复快,值得在基层医院推广应用。 Objective To evaluate the efficacy of pneumatic ballistic lithotripsy for ureteral steinstrasse after extracorporeal shock-wave lithotripsy (ESWL). Methods Pneumatic ballistic lithotripsy was conducted on 22 patients that had developed ureteral steinstrasse after ESWL. Resalts Twenty cases were successful in 22 patients. One case saw uppor ureteral stein- strasse shifted to the pelvis of ureter, and received a second ESWL. Another case had a distorted and arrow upper ureter and changed to open operation. Conclusion Treatment lithotripsy under ureteroscope has the advantages like high it is worthy of generalization and clinical application. of ureteral steinstrasse post-ESWL with pneumatic ballistic success rate, safe, reliable, mini-invasive, benefit for recovery,
