摘要
以弱酸性蓝6B上染羊毛为例,通过测定并计算出上染百分率、半染时间、染色速率常数、扩散系数、扩散活化能等参数,研究了羊毛织物双氧水/硫脲氧化还原体系低温染色的动力学性能。结果表明:双氧水/硫脲体系染色可以提高染料平衡上染率、扩散系数和上染速率常数,降低扩散活化能,提高羊毛织物的低温染色性能。
The dyeing experiments were made to wool with H202/NH2CSNH2 redox system using the weak acid dye 6B for example in this paper. The dyeing kinetics of wool were researched by measuring the dyeing percentage, half-dyeing time, dyeing rate constant, diffusion coefficient and diffusion activateenergy. Results showed that wool dyeing with H2O2/NH2CSNH2 redox system can improve low temperature dyeing performances with the balance up-take, diffusion coefficient and dyeing rate constant improving, and diffusion activate energy reducing.
