摘要
目的了解头孢替安的临床应用的安全性。方法通过检索文献,对头孢替安的配伍禁忌和不良反应进行整理、归纳和分析。结果头孢替安与夫西地酸钠、谷氨酸诺氟沙星、盐酸氨溴索有配伍禁忌;其不良反应表现为过敏反应、神经反应、药物热、血尿、腹痛、静脉炎、呼吸困难等。结论临床使用头孢替安应密切注意其药物配伍并谨防其不良反应,以达到合理、安全用药。
Objective To understand the safety of clinical application of Cefotiam.Methods By searching the literature,the incompatibility and the adverse reactions of Cefotiam were collected,summarized and analyzed.Results Cefotiam was incompatible with Fusidate Sodium,Norfloxacin Glutamate and Ambroxol Hydrochloride.The adverse reactions were allergic reaction,nerve reaction,drug fever,hematuria,abdominal pain,phlebitis,breathing difficulties and so on.Conclusion In the clinical application of Cefotiam,close attention should be pay to its drug compatibility and be cautious of its adverse reactions in order to achieve rational and safe medication.
