摘要
通过机械性能测试、化学成分分析、显微组织和微观断口分析等手段,综合分析了双闸板防喷器开裂失效原因。结果表明,该防喷器为典型的脆性断裂失效,由于铸造缺陷与热处理工艺不当导致冲击功低于标准要求,高强度、低韧性是防喷器在试压过程中发生脆性断裂失效的主要原因。
in the paper, it is analyzed comprehensively the causes of cracking and failures for double ram type BOP by mechanical performance tests, analysis of chemical compositions, microstructure and fracture. The results show that it is a typical brittle fracture. The flaw in casting and improper heating makes the impact energy lower than the requirements of standards. High strength and low toughness are the main causes of brittle fracture for BOP in the process of testing pressure.
