摘要
本文针对大型方形卧式真空罐进行设计及强度分析,设计出罐内壁长15 m,宽5 m,高6.5 m的大型方罐,方罐罐口和罐门的法兰采用方管直接焊接成法兰的新型形式,利用有限元方法分析所设计的真空罐的强度,得到真空罐受力后的变形和应力,结果表明设计合理可行。
A large square horizontal vacuum tank with an inner length of 15m, a width of 5m and a height of 6.5m was designed and its strength analysis was carried out. Flanges of the mouth and door of the square tank are welded directly by square pipe, which is a new method. The strength of the vacuum tank designed was analyzed by the finite element method to obtain the deformation and stress after it's forced. The results show that the design is reasonable and feasible.
