摘要
采取结晶器和二冷区弱冷制度、恒拉速浇铸、控制结晶器钢液面波动在±3 mm以内、采用合适的结晶器窄面锥度、适当提高保护渣碱度、保证扇形段导辊对弧精度和辊缝偏差在±0.5 mm以内、保证结晶器振动偏差在±0.3 mm以内等措施,可以有效降低连铸坯角部裂纹程度和裂纹发生率,降低热轧板卷降级比例。
The corner crack of CC slab and the ratio of the down graded hot rolled plate and coil can be effectively reduced by implementation of a series of technological measures such as adopting the soft cooling schedule in both the mould and the secondary cooling zone, maintaining a constant casting speed, controlling the fluctuation of the mold level in 3 mm, using suitable narrow taper of mould, improving the basicity of powder, ensuring the precision of guiding roll in the segment section as well as controlling the deviation of roll gap within the limit of 0.5 mm and the deviation of mould oscillation within ± 0.3 mm.
