摘要
为了避免小电流接地系统中 ,电流保护的灵敏度受故障类型和相别的影响 ,提出了一种利用序分量提高电流保护灵敏度的新原理。可以克服故障类型对保护灵敏度的影响 ;变压器一侧短路时 ,不会影响另一侧保护的灵敏度 ;而且 ,该原理受负荷电流的影响较小。给出了利用两相电流互感器实现该原理的简便算法。该算法逻辑简单 ,无需判别故障类型 ,有较好的实用性。
For avoiding the influence of fault type and faulted phase on the sensitivity of current protection in isolated neutralsystem. this paper proposes a new theory that can improve the sensitivity of current protection by sequence components andovercome the influence of fault type on the sensitivity of current protection. When short circuit faults occur on one side of atransformer, the sensitivity of current protection on the other side could not be affected. And the theory is hardly affected byload current. This paper also presents a simple method which can realize this theory by current transformers of phase A andphase C. The logic of the method is simple and it doesn't need to identify fault type. And the dynamic tests show that thismethod has better practicality in power system.
