摘要
高支模体系一直是人们关注的热点,虽然人们都很重视,但由于该体系属于时变结构,影响其施工安全的因素多,给设计和施工安全控制都带来一定的难度,高支模架坍塌事故呈逐年上升的高发态势。为了确保施工过程安全,同时获得施工过程中高支模体系的受力状态,为今后类似项目提供理论基础,结合某超高大跨预应力混凝土结构高支模体系工程实例,对高支模体系进行施工过程的现场监测,获得了高支模体系在施工过程中时变力学形态,为该工程安全快速施工提供了科学的依据,揭示了高支模体系的受力特性。为类似高支模体系设计、施工提供参考。
high-formwork system has been focus that people more and more pay attention to,but owing to the stress of the system varying with construction which conceives a lot of safety factors,designing a safety high-formwork system becomes difficult.High-formwork accidents have occurred occasionally.In order to ensure construction safety and acquire the stress state of high-formwork system during construction process,Monitoring of a high-formwork system had been carried out on a construction site.The data of the dynamic monitoring averted a safety accident on the spot,results of the data analysis reveal mechanical characteristics of the high-formwork system.
