摘要
低温碱性熔炼是一种有效的有色冶金清洁生产方法。为此阐述了该方法的基本原理,介绍了其发展概况,综述了其在废弃电路板多金属富集粉末、铝灰等二次资源的回收利用,以及铋精矿、铅精矿、多金属复杂矿冶炼中的应用,进而说明该方法具有金属直收率高、环保、节能等优点,具有广阔的发展前景。
Low temperature alkaline smelting is an effective cleaner product method in non-ferrous metallurgy.This paper expounded the basic principle of this method,introduced the development status,summarized its application in the recovery of secondary resources,such as printed circuit board powder,aluminum dross,and the smelting of bismuth concentrate,lead concentrate and metals complex ores.All these showed that this method had advantages,such as high metal straight yield,environmental protection,energy saving,etc.So it must have broad development prospects.
