摘要
针对求职者自身的条件达不到期望职位要求这一目标的矛盾问题,以可拓理论为基础,探讨了解决求职者自身条件和职位要求之间矛盾问题的方法.根据可拓策略生成系统框架,构建出问题的核模型.分析求职者可利用的资源,用可拓推理和可拓变换生成解决矛盾问题的多种策略,并用优度评价得出求职者求职的较优策略.介绍了基于JavaEE平台和mySQL数据库实现求职问题可拓策略生成系统的过程,并给出了实验结果.
In view of the contradiction between job requirements and job seekers' expectations,solutions to the problem,based on extension theory,are discussed.According to the frame of extension strategy generation system,a core model for the problem was established.The available resources of job seekers were analyzed,and strategies were generated to solve the problem by extension reasoning and extension change.Better strategies were obtained with the evaluation of goodness.The process of extension strategy generation system for employment issues was introduced,based on JavaEE and mySQL and experimental results were provided.
