摘要
为满足在城市进行大比例尺地形图测绘、城镇地籍测量或是进行工程施工放样的需要,往往需要构建城市地方坐标系。城市地方坐标系建立的方法一般采用抵偿高程面法或抵偿子午线法,这些方法涉及到整个测区范围(如整个的地级市范围)的平均高程的计算。本文采用非常容易获取的SRTM的DEM数据及测区范围的矢量数据,在ArcGIS软件平台上进行了测区范围的平均高程计算。并结合某地级市以抵偿子午线法建立城市地方独立坐标系为例进行了尝试,以期为城市地方独立坐标系的建立提供相应的依据。
To meet the demands of topographic surveying and mapping of large scales and urban cadastre surveys or construction layout projects,we must construct urban local coordinate systems.Generally,the establishment methods of those coordinate systems exploit compensate level surface and compensate meridian.These methods demand calculations of average elevation for all surveying extents.The average elevation of the research area has been calculated at the ArcGIS9 platform using the SRTM DEM data which is very easy to acquiring and vector data of surveying extents' boundaries.Combined with the establishment of local independent coordinate system of one prefecture-level city utilize the compensate meridian method as an example to try to provide the basis for the establishment of urban local coordinate system.
