摘要
以我国西北某百万千瓦超超临界空冷机组为例,分析了直接空冷机组的运行特点、直接空冷机组的控制技术及所处的环境气候条件等,同时对背压控制、凝结水过冷保护、抽真空的过冷及霜冻保护、顺逆流单元回暖控制进行了深入的研究,为我国大力发展大容量的直接空冷机组和提高空冷机组的控制性能提供借鉴。
Based on specific one million kilowatts ultra-supercritical unit in northwest China, operating characteristics, control technology and local environment and climate conditions of air-cooled condenser unit are analyzed, simultaneously, control of back-pressure, protecting not to be cold for the condensate water and suction vacuum, frost protection, warming control for the downstream and upstream unit are further studied, which provide reference to develop large-capacity air-cooled condenser unit and to improve the control performance of air-cooled condenser unit for China.
