摘要
目的:探讨彩色多普勒超声在胆囊癌诊断中的应用效果。方法:选取应用彩色多普勒超声诊断胆囊内实性回声42例。采用经手术结果与病理对照的方法进行研究比较。结果:42例胆囊癌患者中,原发性胆囊癌21例,其中合并胆囊结石13例,实块型胆囊9例,合并肝转移、胆道转移8例,肝癌继发胆囊转移5例。结论:超声诊断胆囊癌具有较高准确性。
Objective：To investigate the color Doppler ultrasound in diagnosis of gallblad- der carcinoma application effect. Methods： the hospital in 2008 January -2011 June Department of ultrasound with color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of gallbladder within solid echo in 42 cases. The operation results and pathologic control method for the study of comparative. Results： 42 cases of patients with gallbladder carcinoma,21 ca- ses of primary carcinoma of gallbladder with gallstones, which L3 cases, solid block of gallbladder in 9 cases, with liver metastasis, 8 cases of biliary metastasis, hepatocellular carcinoma secondary to gallbladder metastasis in 5 cases. Conclusion： ultrasonography in diagnosis of gallbladder carcinoma with high accuracy, it has important clinical value.
