PET/CT检查中血糖浓度对肝脏摄取FDG的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的:研究在18F-FDG(氟脱氧葡萄糖F18)PET/CT检查中血糖浓度对肝脏摄取FDG的影响。方法:分析30例行18F-FDGPET/CT全身扫描的健康体检者肝脏的最大标准摄取值(SUVmax)与血糖浓度、年龄及肝脏CT值之间的关系。结果:肝脏的SUVmax与血糖浓度具有明显相关性(r=0.61,P<0.05),肝脏SUVmax与年龄及肝脏CT值无显著相关性(P>0.05)。结论:血糖浓度是肝脏SUV的重要影响因素,血糖浓度升高,肝脏SUV随之增大。因此,行18F-FDGPET/CT检查前应将血糖控制在合理范围内,图像判读时应充分考虑血糖浓度对肝脏FDG摄取的影响。
