摘要
对近年来国内外全蝎成分抗肿瘤作用的研究文献进行分析综述,认为抗肿瘤作用机制可能与影响肿瘤细胞的粘附穿膜和降解基底膜能力、抗凝血作用、直接抑制肿瘤细胞的生长与增殖、促进细胞的凋亡等有关,深入研究全蝎成分抗肿瘤作用,有助于指导其在临床中的运用。
Based on the analysing domestic and foreign literatures of recent years,we summarize the antineoplastic effect of scorpion component both in basic and pharmacologic research. We conclude that scorpion component has a wide range of anti--tumor effects, the mechanism may he contacted with adhesion, degradation of basilar membrane, anticoagulation, di- rect repression of tumor cell, lucubrate the antineoplastic effect of scorpion component will be conduce to use in clinical.
