摘要 目的:参连汤及其有效组分配伍对α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制作用的比较。方法:制备参连汤的不同溶剂提取样品及不同比例有效组分配伍样品,应用以蔗糖为底物的α-葡萄糖苷酶-抑制剂-96微孔板筛选模型,考察它们对α-葡萄糖苷酶的影响。结果:各组样品均具有一定的α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制活性,其中有效组分黄连总生物碱、人参总皂苷8:2配伍时作用最佳(IC50=1.2209mg·mL-1)。结论:有效组分配伍时具有协同作用,并明显优于参连汤传统应用,为合理开发古方参连汤提供科学依据。 Objective:ShenLian decoction compared with its effective combination components on inhibition effect of α-glucosidase. Methods: Preparated the ShenLian decoction, its different solvent extraction and the compatibility proportion of active component, used sucrose as the substrate of α-glucosidase enzyme-inhibitor-96 microplate screening model investigated the influence of α-glucosidase. Results: Each part has the inhibitory activity of α-glucosidase. The best compatibility of effective component is 8:2 (IC50 = 1. 220 9 mg· mL^-1) between alkaloids of rhizoma coptidis and ginsenoside. Conclusion: The compatibility of the effective components of synergies is better than the traditional application ShenLian decoction significantly. The results provide scientific basis for the rational development of the ShenLian decoction.
