摘要
在协作双方对等投资的条件下,通过构建技术联盟投资决策模拟植物生长的二层规划模型,分析企业参加技术联盟研发收益最大化和自主核心研发能力最优化的组合目标问题,得出协作研发和自主研发的最优投资组合。研究结果显示企业参与技术联盟的研发收益最大化和自主核心研发能力最优化的投资决策目标可以兼顾。依据全局最优解和局部最优解的组合比较,企业可以根据实际决策需要进行投资方案的调整,以增加投资和谈判的灵活性。
Through constructing bilevel programming model applying Plant Growth Simulation Algorithm method for technical alliance investment decision making based on a hypothesis of equal investment,this paper discusses if a firm can maximize its RD interests in technical alliances and optimize its core independent RD capacity at the same time,and get the firm's optimized RD investment proportion between technical alliance and its independent RD.Research results show that the maximization of RD interests in technical alliances and optimization of core independent RD capacity are closely correlated.The global and partial of the optimal solutions can help firms adjust their RD invest decisions according to practical situations.
