摘要
综述了金属钙和钙合金(Al-Ca、Si-Ca、Mg-Ca、Pb-Ca合金)的制备及其在镁合金、钢铁、能源等工业领域的应用研究现状,探讨了其应用过程中的作用机制。熔盐电解法作为制备钙及钙合金的主要工艺,提高电流效率是电解工程技术中的关键问题。开发含钙多元应用镁合金具有良好的前景,钙作为合金化元素改善镁合金组织和性能的研究尚需加强。
The research progress in the preparation of metal calcium and its alloys (Al-Ca, Si-Ca, Mg-Ca, and Pb-Ca alloys) is reviewed. Their applications in magnesium alloys, steel and iron materials, and energy materials, and the related action mechanisms are discussed. Molten salt electrolysis serves as a main process in the preparation of metal calcium and its alloys. To improve the current efficiency is the key problem in the engineering technology. There are good prospects in the development of calcium-containing multi-component magnesium alloys. The research works about the applications of calcium as an alloying element to improve the microstructures and properties of magnesium alloys should be enhanced.
