摘要
以丙烯酰胺(AM)、甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯(GMA)为单体,通过溶液共聚合制备带环氧基团的共聚物。以明胶为交联剂,通过混合浇制成膜。利用红外光谱FTIR表征共聚物和交联膜的结构,考察明胶与聚合物质量比、溶液的pH值对改性膜溶胀性和渗透性的影响,并测试了膜的交联度和拉伸强度。
A novel water soluble epoxy resin was synthesized by copolymerization of acrylamide and Glycidylmethacrylate. The membrane was prepared by casting the the mixture of epoxy resin in solution with gelatin used as a crosslinking agent. The membrane showed that good swelling and permeability performamnce in water as well as high mechanical property, and the swelling and permeability performance could be adjusted by changing the amount of gelatin as well as pH value.
