摘要
以高空作业车的执行装置——折叠臂为研究对象,在ANSYS中进行整体的组装和加载,利用ANSYS的模态分析功能进行模态分析,在ADAMS中对其进行动力学仿真分析,分别得出其各阶模态下的固有频率和振型以及位移、速度、加速度等动力响应曲线。通过对结果的分析找到折叠臂振动时的危险区域,进而为后续的改进、优化等工作提供理论依据。
This paper studys the folding jib which meets the need that one of nation's significant projects,the folding jib is assembled and loaded in ANSYS,ANSYS and making dynamics simulation of folding jib in ADAMS the natural frequencies and modes of vibration of the working jib are worked out in different modes and attaining the displacement,velocity and acceleration curves respectively.ANSYS results show the risk vibration zones of jibs which in order to provide theoretical basis for improvement and optimization.
