摘要
介绍了液压提升器的工作原理,推导了主提升油缸的液压控制数学模型,运用Simulink软件进行仿真,分析了并行、主从、交叉耦合3种控制方法的同步精度。仿真结果表明,多提升器交叉耦合控制能实现较好的同步控制效果。
The working principle of hydralic strand jack is introduced.The mathematical model of the hydraulic and control system is derivated.Three control methods,parallel control,master-slave control and cross-coupling control,are simulated with Simulink.The differences between them in synchronized accuracy are analysed.Simulation results show that cross-coupling control method can realize a better result.
