摘要
分析了船舶辅锅炉特点构建虚拟系统的逻辑模型和数学动态模型。在紫金桥组态软件中完成系统的硬件模拟和软件仿真,利用MATLAB OPC toolbox进行虚拟系统与紫金桥软件的虚拟I/O接口数据传送,实现动态模型与组态软件结合的船舶辅锅炉汽水仿真系统设计方案。实际运行效果表明,系统可靠、稳定,并降低了系统硬件开发成本。
Through analysis of marine auxiliary boiler characteristics a logic model of virtual system and a mathematical dynamic model are constructed.The simulating system of marine auxiliary boil steam system consists of the hardware,the dynamic model and PIMS configuration software;the I/O interface data of the virtual system are transferred to/from PIMS configuration software by means of MATLAB OPC toolbox.The practical running results show that the system is reliable,stable and can decrease the cost of system hardware development.
