摘要
目的:研究宽叶羌活种子的化学成分。方法:利用正、反相柱色谱及薄层制备色谱等方法对宽叶羌活种子乙醇提取物进行分离和纯化,通过MS,NMR等波谱解析技术鉴定其结构。结果:从宽叶羌活种子的乙醇提取物中共分离鉴定了29个化合物,分别为异欧前胡素(1)、β-谷甾醇(2)、珊瑚菜内酯(3)、佛手柑内酯(4)、N-二十四、二十六、二十八烷酰基邻氨基苯甲酸(5~7)、胡萝卜苷(8)、水和氧化前胡素(9)、伞形花内酯(10)、去甲呋喃羽叶芸香素(11)、(2S,3S,4R,8E)-2-[(2'R)-2'-羟基-二十二、二十三、二十四、二十五、二十六碳酰胺]-8-十八碳烯-1,3,4-三醇(12~16)、左旋氧化前胡素(17)、香叶木素(18)、佛手酚-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(19)、紫花前胡苷(20)、1'-O-β-D-葡萄糖基-(2R,3S)-3-羟基紫花前胡苷元(21)、尿嘧啶(22)、前胡苷V(23)、8-O-β-D-葡萄糖基-5-羟基-补骨脂素(24)、8-O-β-D-葡萄基-5-甲氧基补骨脂素(25)、香叶木苷(26)、阿拉善苷C(27)、犬尿喹酸(28)、甘露醇(29)。结论:以上化合物均为首次从该植物种子中分离得到,化合物18,22,26,29为首次从该属植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents from the seeds of Notopterygium franchetii.Method: Ethanol extracts of seeds N.franchetii were separated and purified by such methods as normal and reversed phase column chromatographies and thin-layer chromatography and structurally elucidated by MS and NMR evidences.Result: Twenty nine compounds were separated,they were isoimperatorin(1),β-sitosterol(2),phellopterin(3),bergapten(4),N-tetra,hexa,octacosanoylanthranilic acid(5-7),daucosterol(8),oxypeucedanin hydrate(9),umbelliferone(10),demethylfuropinnarin(11),(2S,3S,4R,8E)-2-[(2′R)-2′-hydroxydoco,trico,tetraco,entaco,hexaco sanosylamino]-octadecene-1,3,4-triol(12-16),(-)-oxypeucedanin(17),diosmetin(18),bergaptol-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(19),nodakenin(20),1′-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(2R,3S)-3-hydroxynodakenetin(21),uracil(22),decuroside V(23),8-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-5-hydroxypsoralen(24),8-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-5-methoxylpsoralen(25),diosmin(26),alaschanioside C(27),kynurenic acid(28) and mannitol(29).Conclusion: All of these compounds were separated from the seeds of N.franchetii for the first time.Of them,18,22,26 and 29 were firstly obtained from genus Notopterygium.
