摘要
目的探讨自制一种经济的腹腔镜模拟训练装置的可行性,并对其有效性进行评估。方法将实验对象分为三组,每组8人。空白组:无腹腔镜经验的医学实习生,不进行腹腔镜培训,仅直视下练习;对照组:无腹腔镜经验的医学实习生;实验组:有1~2年开放手术经验无腹腔镜经验的住院医师。对照组和实验组利用自制腹腔镜模拟训练装置分别进行拾豆、缝合打结及剪切等基本手术技能培训,每天1h,连续2周。对训练前后的效果进行统计学分析。结果培训后对照组和实验组的手术技能明显提高,均优于空白组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);实验组手术技能优于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论自制腹腔镜模拟训练装置是一种经济有效的腹腔镜培训器械,可以提高不同参与者的腹腔镜基本手术技能,缩短学习曲线,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the feasiability of an inexpensive self-made laparoscopic simulation training device and evaluate its effectiveness. Methods Trainees were divided into three groups: blank group (n = 8), control group (n = 8) and experimenta] group (n = 8). Participants of control group and experimental group without prior laparoscopic training were asked to execute 3 tasks, that was picking-up beans, sucture knot and pattern cutting. The number of the beans per minute and sucture knots within 20 minutes and the time of pattern cutting were recorded and calculated. ANOVA were performed to analyze the statistical difference. Results Compared with the blank group, the opera- tion skills of control group and experimental group were significantly improved, and there were significant differences (P 〈 0.05 ). Compared with the control group, the operation skill of experimental group was lightly improved, but there was no significant difference (P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusions The self-made lap- aroscopic simulator training device is an inexpensive and effective laparoscopic training device and can improve the basic technical skills of laparoscopic operation trainees with different clinical experiences, is worthy to be popularized.
